1. What should I pay attention to when placing an order?

To ensure the product is manufactured correctly and meets your expectations, please make sure to accurately and completely enter the requested dimensions in the relevant section of the product page. Your order will be produced based on the submitted measurements after confirmation.

2. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Makeup Textile aims to deliver all orders within 2–3 weeks, primarily via air cargo through our distribution center in Germany.
3. What are the shipping fees and how can I track my order?
Shipping costs vary depending on the quantity, weight, and selected delivery option. Once your order is confirmed, all shipping details, including the tracking number, will be shared with you.
4. How do returns and product changes work?

Since our products are made-to-order based on custom measurements, we first send an official order confirmation. Production begins only after your approval. 

Please note:
According to §312g (2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB) and Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized at the request of the customer (e.g. custom sizes, colors, fabrics, prints, or embroidery).

As these products are manufactured based on your individual specifications and approved by you prior to production, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once confirmed.

5. Is there a minimum order quantity?

Makeup Textile may require a minimum quantity for special fabric types (e.g., fire-retardant or water-repellent fabrics) or specific custom colors. Minimums vary depending on the request. Please contact us to discuss your project in detail.

6. What fabric and printing options do you offer?

We provide a wide selection of carefully inspected fabrics and finishes. Detailed fabric information is available on each product page. Custom printing, embroidery, and color matching are also available upon request.

7. How can I track my shipment?

After your order is confirmed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. This number allows you to track your shipment in real time.

8. Do you offer support for custom designs or corporate production (Printing, Embroidery, Washing)?

Yes! We provide tailored solutions for hotels, restaurants, and event organizers. We support various production services including printing, embroidery, and garment washing upon request.

9. What are your care recommendations for the products?

We recommend washing the products at 30–40 °C using a gentle cycle. Iron at low temperatures. Do not use bleach. Detailed care instructions are provided on each product label and on our website.
